Mardi Gras Celebration with the Memphis Boychoir, Inc.

6:00pm

While Mardi Gras may call to mind raucous parties and parades in New Orleans, its origins are actually sacred. On March 5th, we will celebrate Shrove Tuesday with a festive celebration and pancake supper. This is also the last chance to indulge liturgically: singing loudly and joyously raising our “Alleluias” in one last big celebration before giving them up before Lent. The parade and music will be led by The Memphis Boychoir, Inc. and the Tony Thomas Trio.
