Memphis Chamber Choir

 

The Memphis Chamber Choir was founded in September 1989. This auditioned mixed choir sings services and recitals with the Memphis Boychoir. Members from this choir are from all over Memphis and northern Mississippi. The Memphis Chamber Choir recently performed the service of Choral Evensong with the Memphis Boychoir at the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. on July 1, 2011. The picture above was taken immediately following the service. Both choirs will be singing choral music of Jehan Alain (1911-1940) on Friday October 21, 2011 at 7:30 pm for thier Fall Recital.
